Commercial and Residential Land Sales (International & Local)~ Assist global developers to source out and acquire parcels of commercial and residential land pieces ~ Prepare presentation sales kit and feasibility study~ Involved in pitching to developers to obtain marketing rights for the agency to market Michaels' Residences (Almond Avenue) ~ Visit overseas developers to preview the properties (mostly residential) and understand the different real estate policies and government regulations Commercial and Industrial ~ Assist corporate tenants to source and lease commercial and industrial units and land (customers include National Oilwell Vector (NOV) and Emerson)~ Prepare presentation slides, costs breakdown and timeline for MNC clients to present to their senior management for Board ApprovalRetail and Office~ Assist tenants (individual owners or companies) to look for suitable units (customers include Elites Subsea and PM International)Relocation for Expatriates~ Assist corporate customers to look for suitable housing options for their expatriates and to assist in any real estate issues during the lease period (customers include Lufthansa, Aon, NOV and Ferrero International)Sales and Purchase of Residential Properties~ Represent either sellers or buyers in the sales and purchase of private, government housing, and overseas properties

Marketing & PR Responsibilities~ Coordinate and organize aviation shows (Singapore Airshow, HKG Asian Aerospace, Bangalore Airshow etc), together with central marketing team in Germany~ Plan and organize press conferences and press kits with the aviation media~ Organize customer events for business partners, customers, aviation authorities and the Executive Board (from 20 to 400 guests)Administrative Duties~ Plan regional board meetings and quarterly sales meeting ~ Assist the Regional Director to manage the sales team, prepare sales reports and coordinate sales activities~ Manage the sales offices in Singapore, Australia and India and review and negotiate the lease of the offices~ Plan, submit and manage annual budget for the running of the offices~ Handle day to day running of the sales office (including HR and logistics)

~ Assist Regional Director to identify and develop new accounts in the region ~ Service major accounts in Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore~ Work with legal department to review the different account contracts

~ Manage PR agencies in the Asia Pacific region ~ Assist in formulating PR strategies and messages for Lufthansa German Airlines, Lufthansa Cargo and Lufthansa Technik in the region ~ Maintain media relations with the aviation journalists~ Prepare crisis communication handbook for the Asia Pacific region in coordination with the individual aviation authorities ~ Organized simulated crisis communications exercise in Singapore which involved the airport station staff and senior management
