Responsible for clinical, operational, and financial efficacy and implementation of cost reduction and clinical quality improvement programs. Scope of responsibility: 267 hospitals and 150 Outpatient Surgery Centers.Design, development, and management of national physician, nursing, and supply chain value analysis committees to champion operational and clinical enhancements and cost reduction strategies.
