A rich background in servant leadership and management operations combined with several years of healthcare administration in assisted living facilities shaped my outlook on work, wellness, and care. I’ve been fortunate enough to contribute my knowledge, skills, and abilities to multiple assisted living facilities, nonprofit organizations, and professional groups aimed at client-centered services. Throughout my career in administration, I have served as a long-term volunteer as a station manager for New Life Broadcasting. In this role I am able to still exercise strong leadership ability in a media-centered environment. This background has allowed me to transfer the standard principles of training development, management, and staff supervision and apply them to my current work, which is key to ensuring that clients are receiving the highest quality of care. My current work allows me to work both alone and in collaboration with cross-functional teams as well as a diverse pool of stakeholders. Apart from the fact that I have managed multiple teams, I have also had the opportunity to teach computer literacy courses to youth through volunteer posts.
