I am responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all client queries and ensuring each query is dealt with in a timely and professional manner, completing all administrative duties to a high standard. I schedule meetings and appointments for our clients, maintain our online filing systems, assist with client and virtual tours of venYou’s buildings and manage the building maintenance reports.
