Involved in a variety of programs supporting the Renewals/Customer Success Organization - including:• Currently working with 3 main Product teams to drive up Renewal rates through better integration across teams and setting up Renewal specific collateral/ enablement and sharing key data.• Drove an Optimization program to drive activities to offsite site - to free up Renewal time for selling. Held workshop in India to ensure teams fully trained• Hosted several Workshops with Global Renewals and supporting teams• Worked on new revenue streams - driving extra revenue (one is running at >$5m per Qtr)• Ran PMO for the launch of Subscription Renewals Program - covering training, operational, financial and reporting issues globally• Stepped in to support the Business operationally at Quarter end due to high level of Rejections• Customer Data - Managed the manual updating of 76k records using teams in the US and India • Board level programs - tracking High impact programs/projects across the Renewals business• Won Quarterly Global Sales Ops award 2016 and CEO award nominee in 2017/2018. • Prince2 Certified• Managed a variety of European Program Management roles supporting Sales - from testing a new Order Entry system to launching new Products and Solutions. This involved standardising, re-engineering and moving processes to Low Cost sites in India and Morocco – reducing OpEx (savings of $540k in the first year) and delivering improved quality (Order rework reduced by 15%).• Promoted after working as Service Delivery manager on the new DellHost program – which involved having to relocate the Data Centre halfway through the program – ensuring no customer sites were impacted. Was responsible for all elements of the role – including website, financial accounting and working with Customers to deliver Customized Solutions.• International Corporate Accounts PM – supporting some of the company’s key European customers. Focused on increasing the number of accounts with Global Pricing and Configurations from 33% to 72% which increased revenue and Margins.• In 2008 I ran the Program Management Office (PMO) for the European Channel launch – this was launched on time with 14,000 Partners registering in the 1st year, exceeding Sales targets (+40%).• Promoted to Global PM working with APJ and US colleagues to deliver Synergy savings of $200m+ which I presented to Michel Dell’s Direct reports – the first time a program had been run for 4 Quarters and delivered its targeted savings.• Received multiple awards for work that I have done and savings that I have delivered. This included driving down the Consumables Cost per order by $26 (saving $1.3m in the first year). • Extensive knowledge of the E2E process of the business – with ability to drive through projects to conclusion.

• Program managed the launch of a new Global Financial system in UK, Hong Kong, Spain and France. This involved delivering training to all End Users in a limited time and to an agreed budget.• Moved to IT (Stockley Park) to work on the launch of the new eCommerce site and set up and test the new reporting system – delivering 70 End user reports, fully tested and audited.
