Additionally, led program with Finance and Human Resources team to identify, prioritize, define and deliver the Systems Integration Roadmap to move from three legacy companies to a single set of finance and human resource support systems including, payroll, employee system of record, time and attendance, recruitment, benefits, and expense management components.• Internal Improvement Efforts - Led a two year legal entity consolidation that reduced our legal structure form seventy five to fifty five entities.
