Interacted and collaborated with the Medical Writing department in the preparation of clinical development plans, protocols, investigator brochures, and medical/clinical reports, as required, while ensuring quality standards were set and maintained over all areas of responsibility. Built and led the Program Management function at Five Prime, including portfolio strategy, project team leadership and project management functions. Developed the lifecycle strategic planning methodology for drug development at Five Prime including strategic context, cross functional team leadership and transparency, milestone tracking and planning through the lifecycle to meet the needs of patients and the business.

Built and led the Medical Partners Team focusing on strategic programs for the US Medical Affairs and the Thought Leader Liaison organizations. Programs included clinical, leadership, business acumen and professional development, resulting in stakeholders exhibiting enhanced leadership and influencing skills in order to positively impact organizational success.
