Full service salon and Spa. I had 14 hairdressers, 6 nail techs. 1 facial tech, 2 massage therapists, 4 receptionists.This was a high volume salon. It was ran as a corporation including contracts. All Applicants were advised to take Paperwork home prior making a decision so they would fully understand what was expected of them. This was their beginning of their training.

Color and cut design. I was there when John Delaria first brought it int o the country. Hairdressers didn't want it so he brought it in through the barbers. We started in shop education until it grew to platform exhibits. I was a pioneer.
