I provide executive leadership for organizational planning, budgeting, and administrative infrastructure and help advance large-scope initiatives that are core to the mission and critical operations of more than 20 business units. I direct funding for complex staffing changes, including personnel reorganizations, hiring, retention, and promotions, and advise on planning and budget sources for those actions.
