I am an experienced Chair of Nom & Gov, Compensation Committees, and have served on Audit and Risk, and Market and Acquisition Committees. I have contributed to successful company transactions and exits totaling more than $2B since 2019.For 30 years I led healthcare businesses through transformation and strategic growth. As Chair of Mayo Clinic Global Business Solutions, I led the commercialization of Mayo’s products in the B2B and B2C markets, building a $100mm international business. Through partnerships and JV's we developed market transforming products including digital platforms, AI models, and the first voice enabled search tool for first aid with Amazon and Google. My prior roles at Mayo Clinic included Vice Chair for the Mayo Clinic Health System where I had responsibility for 12 corporate entities and 72 clinics in 3 states, with $2B net operating revenue. I successfully led the integration of community-based care and specialty care to create a single governance and operating structure for Mayo Clinic Midwest. I led the transformation from fee-for-service to value-based care, developing Mayo's ACO, integrating digital visits, and remote monitoring. Today, as CEO of SRG Associates, I work with boards and CEOs on growth strategy, governance, transforming business models, and post-merger integration. I am currently a board member of MTF Biologics, the largest human tissue processing company in the world, where I serve as a member of the audit and compensation committees. I chair the board of PracticeWise, a private behavioral health Software as a Service company transforming the lives of pediatric and adolescent youth and families. I am an Advisory board member for Apploi – a software and AI platform company, and LifeSpark – A senior services, whole person health company.Most recently, I served as Chair of the Board for Sharps Compliance (NASDAQ: SMED), a medical waste company. During my tenure as board chair, market cap increased from $60M to $120M. A secondary offering was successfully released to the market and oversubscribed, with net proceeds exceeding $17M. In 2022, I led the take private sale at a price 207% above the closing share price. I was the sole Independent Director for Ethos Veterinary Health, a private PE backed, national veterinary health company which had a successful exit at $1.65B in 2022.
