Created systems and templates for tracking candidates, communicating across departments, onboarding, reviewing backgrounds, etc.. that enhanced efficiency and allowed focus to be on hiring goals. Created guides in my off hours for resources that I saw being underutilized by our team. Ex: A guide on how to use Microsoft Bookings to book interviews to cut back and forth between candidates and recruiters. Assisted in increasing company visibility at hiring events. To accommodate larger student turnout, I recommended and trained colleagues on the use of sign up genius and QR codes. Recruited for Sherwin Williams management training program across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and West Virginia with emphasis on diversity. This territory included over 300 store locations and managing relationships with district leaders, HR teams, and my recruitment team. Increased intern hire quality from my first intern summer from 5-6 offers out of an intern class of 12-14, to 25+ offers for full time positions in an intern class of 30+. Also found ways to increase retention of interns after graduation by finding creative ways to increase engagement, without increasing budget despite the larger intern class. Focused recruitment strategy from 25+ key schools to 6 key schools after analyzing hiring results to cut wasteful spending and increase attention for universities with highest hiring numbers. This increased our university hiring by over 20% for new hires during my tenure while cutting overall costs.Created a virtual summer seminar program on Handshake for students across the east coast to keep them engaged after our summer internship was canceled due to the pandemic. Increased activity with diverse campus organizations by over 50% to increase diversity in the talent pool using unique campus events I designed myself such as reverse interview presentations, elevator pitch and mini sales competitions, invites to local stores with unique learning opportunities, etc…
