Case Officer (Investigations) – Automatic Enrolment Compliance & Enforcement DepartmentI manage a large portfolio of selected cases and investigate employer AE regulatory breaches in line with agreed policies, procedures and TPR discretionary powers: • I conduct research and analysis / data gathering• I create and update case strategies• I draft and issue statutory demands for information• I analyse background data to determine possible breaches• I review and challenge evidence of compliance • I issue enforcement and penalty notices • I provide guidance and instructions to external stakeholders
