Served as one of the Lead Project Managers on the Merger of Equals (MOE) Project Team for the corporate wide initiative to merge SunTrust bank with BB&T to become the 6th largest bank in the US, now known as Truist. Served on Project team that migrated 3.1 million MC debit cards to Visa debit cards one of the largest conversions in the banking industry. Served on Project team to migrate Truist credit card clients from FIS and FISERV to new TSYS backend processing system. Lead Project Manager for Truist Bank’s Credit Card Rewards and Deals platform initiatives. Lead Project Manager for application upgrade of Truist Deals platform. Led Project Team that set up new Consumer Acquisition campaign process on new TSYS platform. Managed several compliance related initiatives in coordination with our internal Risk, Legal and Compliance partners.

Headed the project team who handled NTT’s $30 mm global divestiture of the Verio Corporation. This included over 100,000 account migrations, 4 Data Center decommissions and 3 Office closures. Managed the project team who developed Verio’s $25 mm Market Place. A proprietary OSS-class Cloud Services Brokerage system that included a new line of hosting products. In addition, migrated Market Place from the US to Verio’s parent company, NTT, in Japan.

Implemented the Release Management Department for Verio. Designed and developed the user friendly Corporate Release Management SharePoint site that housed all release related information. Worked with internal Business teams and external Customers to coordinate the deployment of software releases and Project delivery through the QA, Staging, UAT and Production environments. Managed all software releases for Verio, across 5 Data Centers which included internal and external deployments, as well as domestic and international deployments. In addition, managed incoming vendor releases. Implemented, standardized and maintained Release Footprints, Release Schedules, Release Status Reports and Release Notifications for 10 different release platforms.

Managed cross functional, multi-site and international teams to successfully implement corporate driven new product development. Led project teams that delivered cost efficient world class Web Hosted solutions to leading global corporations and Fortune 500 Companies.

Granted government clearance to lead classified projects with government clients that included the FBI, Custom Border Patrol, the Department of Defense and the Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force. Managed project teams that worked in coordination with various state agencies across the United States to assist with Government mandated initiatives. Was praised by now retired FBI Director Mark Tanner for outstanding support to the Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force in a letter to CEO Derek Smith of ChoicePoint.
