I am currently working for SSE in metering as a job booking advisor where I book appointments for gas safety inspections, meter recertification’s and Standard/Smart metering appointments. This also involves both inbound and outbound dialling, meeting KPI’s around efficiency and accuracy, while adapting to the ever changing environment.I have participated in many varied roles at SSE assisting the Dispatch Department with forward planning, analysing spreadsheet data , I also represent my Team at the GPTW ( Great Place to Work )..

Temporary assignment as Audit Data Analyst. This was a 6 week role supporting TAPFIN client Unilever. The requirements for this role were to contact and validate Unilever vendors and obtain specific audit information. I worked with Excel, Outlook and google drive shared documents.

Global Alliance Support “SalesConnect SME” was Siebel ( Manpower Professional ) PBC 2+• Support and manage the daily work load for Global Alliances ISV’s SAP, Oracle, Infor, Cisco, Juniper & Miscrosoft data input to IBM CRM tool “SalesConnect”.
