I empower people through Self Leadership because the most important person we can Lead is ourselves. I support people to reach and connect with their full potential, to learn to self trust and self love, at a deep and transformational level. I also support Leaders and emerging Leaders to align with Ethical and Moral Leadership frameworks and practices and to promote speak-up culture within their teams, organisations and businesses. I am passionate about making a difference in the world and leaving it a better place for my children and grandchildren to grow and flourish. One that engenders emotional and psychological safety and well-being at the core of considerations and decisions that are made.For the past 8 years in particular I have been committed to supporting, championing and advocating for the rights of Aboriginal First Peoples, the Traditional Guardians and Custodians of the many lands and waters of mother earth across this Country, now known as Australia.I would like to acknowledge the First Peoples of the lands on which I work, live and play on the lands of the Wurundjeri, Woi Wurrung, Bunurong and Boon Wurrung peoples and pay my deepest respect to Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge their strengths, resilience and endurance. I also acknowledge that no Treaty has yet been made, and Sovereignty was never ceded.I am committed to continuing to learn and develop my knowledge, understanding and appreciation of a Culture that is the oldest surviving culture on this planet. I am committed to supporting the healing journey of Aboriginal First Peoples, respectfully acknowledging their rights to self determination, their incredible strengths, resilience and undeniable value, which we can all learn, grow and benefit from. I want my grandchildren to grow up in a world where Leaders lead with Integrity and Courage by being connected to themselves, and those they Lead and have responsibility for. I want to live in a world where people are free to use their moral voices and are treated ethically and valued as fellow humans.
