My introduction to Natural Health came in 1988 after 5 years of struggling with my health ending with a diagnosis that was lacking any helpful treatment. At this time I was a huge non-believer. I had many friends putting pressure on me to try “herbs”. Despite my dis-belief, I was willing to give it a try. To my surprise I was beginning to get well! Being the analytical person that I am, I began researching why I was getting results with these “herbs” and found myself converting to natural medicine. My first lesson was that healing with herbal supplements is more about nutrition rather than medicine. Herbal supplements are a concentrated source of nutrition and because God made them they are truly complete, including enzymes, trace minerals, co-factors, etc. The challenge is finding the correct combinations for your needs. I use Iridology, Rayid, and my most important tool, which I call muscle testing, to identify the supplements with the highest benefit. As I started to re-gain my health I then took another step and recognized that emotional health was also a factor. It took me quite awhile to accept that emotional issues are the core issues. So my priority was learning how to address these issues and release them. When it comes to emotional releasing I feel it is best to always have God involved. Included in the many remedies that I use are Homeopathy, Bach flower remedies, Essential Oils. I have also studied other emotional modules such as Rayid, Reiki, NLP, Jin Shin Jyutsu, EFT, Emotion Code, Quantum Touch and Reflexology. Of course bottom line I use muscle testing first and foremost to point you in the right direction to achieve your optimal health!Over the past 20+ years I have been blessed with the many lives that I have come across, many fantastic acquaintances’ along with wonderful lifelong friends. I am grateful for the light and ability to learn the many things that I have been blessed with and for that reason I share with others.
