It’s a great honour and experience to be part of the start up team who work on multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment to launch GEMFIVE.com in May 2015. I work closely with product management and development teams in Malaysia & China to define and implement innovative ideas and solutions for web and app user interface, interaction and experience that meet business objectives, user needs and technical tradeoffs. Design user flow, site map, wireframe, prototype, and mockup using user-centered design methodology. Conceptualize and design emerging interface for users and vendors. Incorporate insights from user feedbacks, site/app metrics, user research and multivariate A/B testing for product improvement. Establish and review UI/UX guidelines, best practices and standards to accelerate development and ensure consistency. Collaborate with Marketing team in campaign microsite, EDM and template design. Work with Business Intelligent, Merchandising, Customer Service and Operation teams to understand the business as a whole.

My job is to lead, supervise and inspire the creative team including photography, graphic and web design. Deal with design agencies and provide quality control over branding, concepts and projects. Work closely with both online and corporate marketing teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.

Formulactive Sdn Bhd is a digital agency. My team was based in Sony Malaysia, which partnered with Sony's digital marketing team to provide Sony Malaysia with all the UI/UX, marketing materials (eg. web design, web banner, flash animation, html, css, newsletter, social media visual and etc.).

Amaze Comunications and Modelling Sdn Bhd is a full fledged service agency which specialized in design & branding, event & modelling management. I worked on graphics and multimedia design, web design, event photo and video shooting, video editing and compositing.
