Managed and supervised day to day operations of the Human Resource department including recruitment, screening, interviewing, background checks, onboarding processes and orientation. Also handled all employee relations tasks including investigations, payroll and scheduling, workman's compensation and FLMA leaves for as many as 300 employees. Responsible for administrating company Benefits and Compensation programs . Implemented employee training & development protocols amongst other generalist tasks.
