I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years in practice, specializing in trauma. I am opening my own small group practice with Melissa Graf, LCSW. I specialize in working with people who often feel they need to prioritize other's needs in order to keep the peace in their relationships. They often have a difficult time setting boundaries and identifying their own needs and wants. I utilize DBT, ACT, SAFE EMDR and IFS-Informed evidenced-based practices to assist clients in developing skills to cope with anxiety, depression and interpersonal difficulties. In addition, I assist clients in being able to identify and heal the root causes of these issues. My goal is to improve the most important relationship in their lives, their relationship with themselves. Additionally, I provide Clinical Supervision to those who are interested in working with trauma.
