I have been supporting families for over 21 years on a continuous basis in full time roles within the NHS and Council offering bespoke family interventions and parenting group delivery. I also freelance online parenting groups for 5 boroughs in London and 1-1 supports locally in Glasgow and surrounding areas.I am a very experienced trained practitioner in various Triple P Programmes including new released Baby Triple P and Fear Less Programme which I delivery frequently. I am also an accredited NVR Practitioner. These supports can be delivered on an individual basis or group format. I am a trained Seasons for Growth Companion in the Children and Young People's Programme and Parents Programme.I am extremely passionate and dedicated on what I do and fortunate enough to help families and make life more enjoyable and manageable.I am also very focused on self care not just as a parent as a person. This is essential for life and the societies we live in. I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner which I weave into my freelance 1-1 supports with families consent. I have mindfulness and meditation as part of my daily routine and encourage others to adapt something that will work for them.I have 2 children of my own so I can also speak from experience.
