I am a leader in Commercial Real Estate, with a career spanning three decades in the industry. Beginning with The Staubach Company, I helped launch an industrial focus and build it into a national practice and continued with Transwestern, where I repeated that effort on the office and industrial side. I co-founded esrp in 2013 and in our nearly nine years, we built an industry-leading organization serving notable clients such as UPS, Neiman Marcus, 7-Eleven, NTT Data, and many service, financial and law firms. In establishing esrp, we saw an opportunity to build a better platform and elevate the commercial real estate experience, with a special culture focused solely on tenant’s needs. Now, esrp enters our next phase of strategic growth as a part of Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-focused commercial real estate firm. We are excited to have found a like-minded partner with a mutual passion of serving clients, without conflicts.We are excited about the talent, passion and vision of the Cresa leadership team and what we can accomplish together. As a player/coach, I service key clients and am directly involved with leading the Texas teams and Cresa's growth and strategy across the region and beyond. Our main Texas office is at The Star in Frisco—home of the Dallas Cowboys offices and practice facilities. Our break room literally looks onto the Cowboys practice field, which gives us a unique ability to host events. We also have an office in Downtown/Uptown Dallas and Houston Galleria. We open our offices to host business, non-profit and social functions and enjoy having our friends of the firm and clients visit us to see our amazing team at work and to tour our unique spaces. I am passionate about my family (husband of almost three decades and three daughters) and supporting local causes like Girl Scouts, The Warren Center, Make-a-Wish Foundation and NCL (National Charity League).
