Developed various community enhancement and engagement programs with merchants; grantwriting; created annual community Harvest Fair and Clean Up Colebrook events; worked with historic preservation, signage, marketing, economic revitalization, and organizational development. Initiated, implemented and managed unique program of guest activities, personalized souvenirs, and programs as part of the "Y2K"​ celebration and experiences. Special elements included the writing and production of a Time Capsule booklet and container; registered to each family and now installed in a "capsularium" on the shores of Lake Gloriette. Designed and managed decor, entertainment, and other aspects of simultaneous celebrations and surprises throughout the hotel on the Eve.

Programmed and managed department with staff of 35 seasonal positions, programs and facilities incl. diverse variety of family activities with pool & waterfront, hiking, biking and nature trails, movie theater, game room, ski lodge nursery, 5 simultaneous summer children's programs (avg'd 75 children/day); babysitting service with over 40 trained caregivers, and recreation internship and practicum program for students. Designed and produced weekly staff show and other entertainment; and decor for themed events. Directly hired and trained all dept. staff. Twice received prestigious "Premier Property Award" from the Resort & Commercial Recreation Association.

Operated unique 10-room Bed & Breakfast in historic setting, during its transition from bankruptcy through sale to new owners. Offered full-time position upon their receipt of my recommended business plan.
