Why do people do the things they do?I have always been fascinated by the psychology of why people do what they do, which led to a career built around insight, albeit insight from many different angles. My journey began in the P&G marketing dept more than 25 years ago, made its way through advertising (as an award-winning planner), brand consultancy (strategist), shopper marketing and most recently found its way into qualitative research.I have worked with countless household names including P&G, H&M, Philips, innocent, Three mobile, The Body Shop, Coty, Nestle, McDonald's, Kelloggs, Premier Foods, Heinz & P&O Cruises on projects that covered every aspect of marketing from research & innovation through to brand & advertising strategy and customer experience.Working as a consultant, I draw on all my insight skills to help clients unpick their challenges and design solutions that get them where they want to be.
