I’m a firm believer that you get out of life what you put in—and that hard work and loyalty pay off. That’s certainly been the case throughout my career, where again and again, humble beginnings have led to major successes. It’s a lesson that today helps me deliver great services to our customers as Managing Director of a growing contact centre and outsourcing centre.I left school after my A-Levels, landing my first job at Lloyds Bank through a management training program. By the time I left the company, and after a lot of graft and dedication, I had risen to the role of Group Customer Manager.My journey at BDM Group started in a similarly modest fashion. When I joined, our CEO was running a one-man operation from a tiny office, providing trackable telephone numbers and voice recording services to the automotive sector.The one-man band became a duo, and BDM Voice began to expand its offering, delivering feedback and training to help our customers improve their communications efforts. From there, we started a new venture: providing a wide range of contact centre services from inbound customer service to sales campaign support. That’s when BDM Talk was born, and it’s been my pride and joy ever since.
