- Conduct various tests such as S-params, VPI/VPO, IP3/IMD, CW Power, Harmonics, and hot switching on various ideal switches; analyzed results to ensure it reaches the devices criteria- Run Standoff/Carry power tests on EVK boards; monitor insertion loss, high temps reaching 350°C, power level increases, etc.- Create user guide manuals for a variety of tests (IP3/IMD, CW Power, Harmonics) which includes calibration, necessary equipment, testing procedure, and record keeping/data collecting- Assembled testing set-ups by following block diagrams and user guide manuals and performed calibrations on equipment- Utilize VNA to characterize Ideal Switches and ensure that there are no significant outliers.- Perform data analysis by generating plots/histograms and creating presentations to organize the statistics before presenting to customers and team members through the use of Excel and PowerPoint- Conduct calibrations and troubleshoot lab equipment including PXIe and VNAs- Shadow/perform the assembly/soldering process of components to PCBs and conduct final cross-checks with schematic/layout- Assist with customer inquiries about products/switches with the use of PipeDrive and ExpressionEngine CMS; provide them with necessary technical documents/information; connect them with the appropriate senior RF/Power and Sales Engineer

- Lead groups of 1-3 students every hour, ranging from elementary to high school, and assist them with their school work in areas such as calculus, stats, trigonometry, geometry, chemistry, physics, biology etc.- Provide help and guidance for the SAT and any upcoming tests so they are ready and prepared- Manage student documentation and spreadsheets to ensure everything is up to date; take notes on student performance to assess any areas that need improvement or practice for academic excellence

- Managed multiple classes of 30 AVID high school students, assisting them in their academic studies in subjects including mathematics, chemistry, biology, English, and history- Facilitated weekly student-led discussion sessions to help students find the answer to their problems where they are split into small groups, helping them build their teamwork and critical thinking skills
