Key contributor in helping Philz Coffee Southern California expand from 2 locations to 13 locations in 3 years. Participated in the design and implementation of both the new hire training program and leadership development programs (i.e. NTM Training 4.0, DBS Training 2.0 and Trainer Cert. 3.0). Led the operations and training teams in meeting company needs of hiring and training groups of 15 baristas or more to successfully open stores quarterly. Frequently visited stores in the region to strategize and problem-solve critical training issues.

Exceeded both sales and forecasts by increasing weekly revenue from $15k to $22k a week for FY2015. Developed a strong relationship with the community as a new coffee shop to Southern California.
