With nearly two years of dedicated experience at Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), my core competency lies in orchestrating workforce development programs that prioritize inclusivity and sustainability. At LACI, our mission is to foster high-road green career pathways, and my role is pivotal in achieving this by reaching out to historically marginalized groups in Los Angeles County and Southern California. My commitment aligns with LACI's culture of empowerment and innovation, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives to the table, enhancing our collective impact on the community and environment.As a Workforce Development Coordinator, I play a critical role in participant outreach, program execution, and data collection, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce initiatives. As a USC Nonprofit Resilient Leader Fellow and leveraging skills in my previous experience in learning & development, management, and leadership, I collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to support scaling up our programs and successfully delivering on our promise of enabling access to green jobs and fostering a sustainable local economy.
