1. Book ,plan,coordinate for all types of special catering events including wedding celebrations, awards, banquets,meetings, seminars, conferences and other social or corporate functions. 2. Assist Senior Catering Manager with developing and implementing marketing initiatives to achieve sales goal and customer satisfaction. 3. Assist MICE team to handle and coordinate the functions including guest room requests. 4. Find prospective clients to hold events and maintain relationships with past client for future business through regular sales calls, phone calls, emails,letters and personal meetings.5. Conduct site inspection of hotel facilities including show guest room, menu translation and meeting with clients.6. Draft proposals and prepare contracts for the client to sign. 7. Attend weekly BEO meetings to insure proper set-up and execution of events with related departments and weekly Sales meeting for performance review. 8. Communicate with clients as well as banquet team for a successful event. 9. Greet the event planners at the beginning of the event and attend the event to ensure the event goes well as planned. 10. Present the bill to the client at the end of the event and ensure the bill reflects the costs stated in the contract. 11. Send thank you letter to the client after the event to meet the client's satisfaction and get comments from them. 12. Assist Senior Catering Sales Manager to manage general office administration of the catering sales team.

1. Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases. 2. Arrange and attend management meetings, take meeting minutes. 3. Deal with telephone and email inquiries and create and maintain filing systems. 4. Arrange in-house and external events.
