Scope:◊ Redesign the approach for delivering business value change requirements to MyPolice HRMIS programme (Payroll, Training, Workforce Scheduling, Success Factors and Employment) and remove the need for a PM in a primarily BAU function.MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS: ◊ The redesign of the ICT delivery approach is providing the ability to adapt to customer & colleague needs as and when required. Team velocity and stakeholder trust continues to increase during each sprint.

Reduced digital account opening time from 20 to 2 days◊ Stabilised a project before defining a recovery plan to ensure the delivery of a sustainable long-term solution. Project recovery resulted in developing a significantly improved Commercial & Business Banking operating model◊ Provided compelling benefits by removing product range complexity & variable pricing to Commercial Business bank account product.◊ Delivered 2 complex projects that enabled Lloyds Banking Commercial, Retail & TSB businesses to operate independently◊ Delivery of the National Loan Guarantee Scheme enabled Lloyds to contribute to UK’s economic growth◊ Delivery of the Payments Service Directive 2012 ensured Lloyds met compliance requirements & reduced UK/European domestic payments from a 3-day BACS cycle to 1 day.◊ Contributed to UK’s largest Financial Institution integration programme by creating a single management structure in Scotland, England & Wales◊ Rescued 2 large projects that were in trouble and put programmes of activity at risk if not delivered within timescales & budget◊ Fully accountable for the procurement of project resources, RFPs and large budgets of up to £8M◊ Often took on additional work to assist struggling Project Managers & train junior colleagues/graduates.
