Responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in all daily functions of the branch including Sales, Service, and Operations. Coach both new and existing employees to assist them to consistently perform their job within expectations and advance to the next level. Perform individual Branch audits including all areas of compliance and presenting preliminary reports to management. Prepare reports of audit findings and recommendations for each branch. Prepare final reports to be submitted to corporate management for review and rating determination.

Perform quarterly assessments with branches and employees to ensure operational integrity is being upheld. Train new managers on policies and procedures. Lead monthly manager meetings on all operational topics.

Manage daily operations of the branch including vault cash, monthly reports, and tellers. Perform weekly coaching to address areas needing improvement as well as recognizing accomplishments.

Opening and maintenance of new and existing accounts. Assisting customers with questions or concerns. Maintaining above average customer service to ensure retention of the banking relationship.

Responsible for monitoring evening employees and closing and preparing the store for opening the following day. Worked with loss prevention and authorities when theft occurred.

Began with the company as a Customer Service Representative advancing to an in-store Branch Manager responsible for scheduling staff, monitoring sales, reporting to corporate management and working with store location on partner opportunities.

Worked as a Customer Service Representative performing multiple tasks for a small community bank.
