• Responsible for the full Human Resources management function for the Corporation and its divisions, which included much focused hands-on involvement in the Benefits and Compensation programs and strong management.
• Developed a very powerful and effective safety program in this high-risk metal fabrication and assembly environment. Success was measured in our reducing Workers Compensation costs from $600,000 to $100,000 per year.
