In 2008, I joined Portsmouth Christian Academy as the Community Relation. During my tenure, I was charged with the responsibilities of bridging communication gap among families, Head of School and Board of Directors. ♦Developed and organized social activities for families where vision and objectives of the Head of School and the Board of Directors were being shared♦Exhibited a program to showcase the accomplishments of staff and students which included: Emerging Arts Evening, an Evening of Passion. ♦Collaborated with seacoast community and the local chamber to strengthen partnerships and share the strength and value Portsmouth Christian Academy offered to the community and region.

As an Adjunct Professor at Normandale Community College, I was responsible for developing course syllabus, assisting academic chair and supervising various university activities. ♦Planned, organized and taught a course aimed at setting up all phases of a small business, including management marketing and financial operations.♦Worked closely with other adjunct faculty to create conducive learning environment in both classroom and online.

Functioned as an Acting Director at Corporate Diversity, worked on development of corporate policies on work life balance, developed and implemented supplier diversity strategy for corporation.
