The first, a short-term, performance management project for a global professional services company specialising in maritime engineering and technology. I reached out to Sharon as the client used Success Factors and as they needed help to shift their performance management approach and culture from a compliance and completion focus to on-going, development conversations enabled by tech. Sharon worked closely with their team and global colleagues, reviewed large volumes of existing data and delivered a delivered a thorough, recommendations report to enable the team to develop a roadmap of change work without the need to rely on external consultants. The second project was part of an HR Transformation project for a mid-tier tax, audit and private wealth accountancy firm. Sharon worked part time for 14 months partnering closely with the internal team and senior leaders delivering a full and thorough review of their core people technology systems. She mapped the system landscape, focussed in on core people systems (HRIS, ATS, Performance and LMS), worked closely with suppliers, the people team and: finance, IT, compliance and firm wide users/ colleagues. She delivered a detailed formal plan and roadmap for recommended system upgrades and changes. The output was used for business case approval for potential RfP supplier procurement. Sharon also worked with them to start the culture, process and other changes needed to help shift towards a more tech enabled and self service way of operating.
