European Head of Development Business Technology (BT) for Pfizer Worldwide Research & Development responsible for leading an agile technical team of colleagues with a mix of business domain knowledge and IT functional skills. The scope of the role covered the BT needs of the Pfizer Development facilities in Europe, predominantly within Pharm Sci, Clinical (including the Phase 1 Clinical Research Unit in Brussels), Medical and the Business Units (Medicines Development Group.Key Business Partner for Pharm Sci, ensuring the success of this platform line within Europe. Accountable for defining, implementing and supporting technology solutions and services to support the success of Pharm Sci. In particular, enabling the changed culture of this unit, supporting the evolution to a new model where existing Pharm Sci facilities and capacity at Sandwich are fully utilized, through partnerships with external organizations
