This includes:- Strategic planning and management of provisions to support an international workforce- Development of a competency framework and accompanying resources for the discipline- Design, development, and delivery of sector-leading in-person and online (tutor-led and self-directed) training- Authoring of a range of publications including guidance, toolkits, and handbooks- Frequent contributions to professional conferences on the subject of workforce development and wider digital preservation issues- Regular guest lectures for Masters-level courses on information management- Administration of a grant program offering support for development opportunities- Development of EDI policy and guidance- Research on practitioner mental health and wellbeingI have particular interest supporting organisations to fulfil their duty of care to employees, helping to build skills, confidence, and capacity. This includes commitment to EDI initiatives, as a neurodivergent person myself, it is an issue particularly close to my heart.Additionally, I have more than five years of leadership experience through service on the board of trustees of two charities.
