AeroClave, LLC. was founded in 2003 for the purpose of developing, manufacturing and selling a system capable of decontaminating commercial and military aircraft from pandemic-producing viruses and other disease-causing pathogens.The AeroClave System has evolved into multiple decontamination products that are easy to operate and will limit the spread of infectious disease. In addition to the ability to decontaminate aircraft, AeroClave has developed the first large-scale, cost-effective vehicle decontamination facility in Winter Park, Florida. AeroClave also offers a line of both portable and fixed room decontamination units.

Home Renovation Magazine was a highly successful publication created during the renovation boom of the new millennium. What began as a predominantly advertisement-based publication to connect local suppliers and contractors with the community, Home Renovation Magazine grew to include 50% editorial content to provide homeowners with educational information and tips and tricks to home renovations.• Managed client contracts, billing statements and invoicing for the bi-monthly publication.• Created the publication's editorial calendar; assigned/directed all editorial content and writers. • Produced 30-50% of all written content, including editorial advertising campaigns for clients.• Proofed and edited client advertisements and all written content contained within the publication.• Provided input, suggestions and corrections on graphic design elements to the design team.

JLM Design & Remodeling (Jack Machise) is a general contractor specializing in all aspects of home renovations and the recipient of several Parade of Homes(TM) awards from GOBA (Greater Orlando Builders Association).• Provided administrative and project management assistance in the office and in the field. • Assisted in management of vendors, clients and project materials, subcontractors and deadlines. • Completed and submitted permit applications, plans and supporting documentation to local city and county governments for permitting and inspections. • Conducted advertising and marketing campaigns for the company and composed company press releases and editorials for print and online publications.
