Highly motivated, efficient, and organized individual with an eclectic background. I have worked it the healthcare industry in many functions with a wide skill range. My true love is in Human Resources and helping organizations realize their greatest assets are their employees. I have served in HR over 10 years and am currently working toward PHR and SPHR certification. I am a self-starter and love new challenges and learning opportunities. I am an employee motivator and team builder with proven leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. During the health care staffing crisis, I led our team to develop a new program and partnered with our local community college to provide the training. Grant funding was located and completed totally over 20K and reduced the company liability. The program has been a proven success and has filled critical job vacancies. For over 10 years I led and facilitated a community Alzheimer's/Dementia monthly support group that was highly successful and sought after in our community. Families, caregivers and healthcare professionals sought after the support and guidance in their time of need. I was awarded the Professional Caregiver of the Year by Alzheimer's Association in 2010.
