Projects included: ● Client Implementations: Responsible for full project implementation lifecycle of NetOxygen, a financial web-based software product. Consulted with client designates to elicit and document functional business requirements. Prepared software design specifications to document software solutions to client business requirements. Implemented user interface design using proprietary configuration tools in addition to C#/VB .NET, VBScript, JavaScript and Oracle/SQL Server databases. Mentored fellow implementers and client resources. Lead on-site implementation in Melbourne, Australia customizing software for Australia’s 3rd largest bank. ● Consumer Lending Internal Project: Implementation of a base product solution for consumer lending clients. Responsible for training new staff, gathering and documenting requirements, and modifying software and database configuration.● Sales and Marketing Demonstrations: Provided technical and business expertise in support of the sales team for multiple clients. Performed custom configuration of software for demonstration to prospective clients.

Provided direction and leadership to enterprise-wide systems projects supporting mortgage loan origination in 27 SunTrust banks in 4 states. Projects included:● Thin Client Implementation: Established project schedule and coordinated technical resources to complete 10 conversions in 60 days without disruption of daily operations. Project requirements included site preparation, database conversion, client PC conversion, post-conversion testing, development of new operating procedures, and user training and documentation.● PC Replacement: Established standard conversion methodology, project timeline, and coordinated technical, training, and business resources. Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of necessary equipment to replace all servers, desktop PCs, and laptop computers. Project involved 27 mortgage sites, approximately 2000 pieces of hardware, development of standard PC images for 4 job functions, and 40 software applications. Established testing and post-conversion follow-up policies and procedures to minimize disruption and downtime. ● Mortgageware Point-of-Sale: Responsible for implementation of point-of-sale mortgage origination software. Responsible for customizing software to business needs, on-site installation, coordination of training resources, preparation of user and technical documentation and post implementation follow-up.
