Sharon Montgomery is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Adams & Brooks with 14 years of creating and bringing classic candy brands to consumers with a sweet tooth! Sharon directly interfaces with brokers and customers, developing strategies and products to fit their needs, all while building strong relationships that people love and trust. Originally from a small town, farm and big family, Sharon learned early on the value of hard work, dedication, and being a figure-outer. It’s through these skills that she’s excelled in this fun and rewarding industry we have all grown to love – CANDY!Over the years at Adams & Brooks, Sharon’s strong character has transformed her into a key team member. She works closely to address the challenges and opportunities of the business. Always anxious to learn and give back by developing the skills of her colleagues. Sharon is not afraid to pitch in and “get her hands dirty” – doing whatever is needed to get the job done. Sharon is an active member of the NCA’s Young Professionals Network, a 2018 Future Leader, and Women’s Leadership Group. Her smile & personality are her business card!When not traveling the candy circuit or brainstorming up next year’s new items, Sharon enjoys visiting and helping on the family farm, a great fitness workout, and all things outdoors with her husband Ryan – camping, off-roading, and horses. She’s even been known to paint a car or two!
