Sharon founded this company, located in the Cayo District of Western Belize, which offered leasing & management of vacation and long-term rental homes, property caretaker and house sitting services to absentee owners, and tenant property locator services to those new to the area. Drawing from her own rental home search experience when moving to the Cayo District and not finding a single company who focused solely on property management, Sharon decided to open her own firm, drawing on her extensive real estate agent and investor background. Through her attention to detail, ethical business practices, and unmatched customer service, she elevated the field of rental property managers throughout Belize.

Sharon is an adventurous dream-devil who put her life in three suitcases and moved to another country. In October of 2010, Sharon sold everything she owned and moved to the country of Belize.As an American Expat, she soon realized the need for an expert's advice on the three phases of relocation - Research, Preparation, and Assimilation.In that regard, she created her webblog and began offering relocation consulting services via email, phone or in-person consultations. Her ability to market via solely social media is one of her strengths, and it created a great complimentary business to her property management company.

Send Out Cards is an online greeting card and gift service. Sharon worked as an Independent Distributor, primarily developing relationship marketing strategies for businesses. In her first year with the company, she made the Top 100 Club. Since moving to Belize, she has remained an avid end-user of this extremely convenient and affordable service.

Sharon purchased The Pool Doctor in 2002, and in five short years, turned this mom and pop company into a thriving corporation, doubling the revenues in that time and positioning the company as the premier pool and spa maintenance and repair company in the Bay Area. This was accomplished through excellent customer service, a strong marketing presence, and a professional and educated staff. In 2006, they became the only Diamond Certified company of its kind in their area.

At National Chattel Experts, Sharon's focus was on helping real estate investors maximize the profitability of their investments. Her task was to educate real estate investors about the benefits of the cost segregation tax strategy, and to demonstrate to them that this tax strategy is the third, and possibly most powerful, benefit to investing in real estate.

Sharon acted both as the Listing Partner and Buyer Specialist for Broker/Owner of Re/Max’s personal real estate team. She handled all seller and buyer interactions, including listing presentations, showing property, negotiating contracts, analyzing comparables, overseeing entire escrow process, and prospecting. Utilized excellent time management and scheduling skills, kept detailed expense records, and assisted in marketing of the business. Member of Re/Max’s 100% Club 2000 and 2001; Awarded Bay East Realtors’ Silver Award 2000 and 2001.

Over her 11 years at VOICEPRO, Sharon worked in several areas of the company, eventually being promoted to the position of Manager of the System Design Department. She was responsible for 8 direct reports and 3 indirect, spanning three locations in Northern California. Her department handled the installation and end-user training of five phone and three voice mail systems.
