SPOT POSITION CHECKING THROUGH LASER PROJECTION:Introduced and executed a new system for Spot Position & Count verification on Weld Body using Laser Projection system eliminating the use of scale & drawings & providing accuracy of 200 microns.Developed the complete process for Spot Position checking through Laser Projection.Led a team of 8 to implement it on New Model as well as existing models to ensure a good weld spot quality.Results:• 100% spot position accuracy.• 100% spot strength checking through. destructive testing.• Total time for spot position checking reduced by 50%.• Implemented a new reporting system that reduced report generation time by 75%.

During the initial 6 months of my Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET) role, we had various orientation & skill development programs. I was assigned as the leader of my batch for the entire time frame.Based on my management of the group, i was awarded the "Best Group Leader" award of the GET Batch of 2018.My project during my GET role was to implement a scanning based Material Management System(M.M.S) in Assembly Shop 1 of Gurgaon Plant.For further analysis, i had created a new reporting system that provided an in depth analysis of Adherence of the M.M.S in the Assembly Shop.

Intern at the R&D center of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Gurgaon plant. During this internship at the Body Engineering Department, i studied concept of 2D Drawings of an vehicle, understood the notations. My Key Responsibility Area during this internship was to identify the root cause and suggest possible solutions to the shower leakage issue faced during the Assembly trial of Maruti Suzuki Dzire.I was able to conclude my project within the stipulated time period as per the satisfaction of my Manager.Grade Obtained: Excellent

Worked on Quality Analysis and Iimprovement in the assembly line of the Manesar plant.During this training program, i understood the process adopted for assembly of vehicles in an automobile company & possible defects that occur during the Assembly process.My Key Responsibility Area was to identify possible quality issues caused during assembly process of Bumpers and Sheet metal skin panels.I was able to identify the quality issues faced in manual assembly line & was able to rectify the issues by the means of Check sheets & Kaizen.Grade Obtained: Excellent
