Previously, Weave-Living’s lead for international investments, focusing on expanding their rental housing platform to new markets across Asia Pacific through investments and partnerships. Prior to that, part of JLL’s core regional leadership for investment advisory across Asia in alternative real estate (including co-working, co-living, student housing, education, self-storage and data centers), based in Hong Kong. Also, worked extensively in India leading investment advisory for commercial real estate, facilitating joint ventures, equity and debt fund raising across asset classes for developers and global private equity funds.
