Shashank is an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur. He was a part of the events management team for Solaris 2021, IIMU's annual management fest and the vertical head for Hospitality team for Utkrisht 2023, The annual sports fest of IIM Udaipur.He interned at ICICI Lombard in the summer of 2022, where he secured a pre-placement offer. He was a product research intern responsible for researching the market for present insurance products and proposing new products to fill gaps in the health insurance sector. He was also responsible for analyzing the ILTakeCare application and suggesting updates to boost cross-sell & up-sell model for consumer engagement & retention.At IIMU, he also worked on live projects. At CSRN - United Kingdom, he worked as a Management Consultant for 2 months designing marketing campaigns to raise funds. Additionally, at Merkle Sokrati, he worked as a Business Researcher developing marketing strategy to increase brand awareness. Prior to this, he worked at AIG Analytics & services Pvt Ltd as senior Catastrophe modeling analyst.
