I am a district project coordinator at Plan_India, a global organization that promotes children's rights and equality for girls. With over eight years of experience in the health sector, I have a strong background in planning, implementing, and reporting on various health-related projects, such as maternal and child health, nutrition, sanitation, and HIV/AIDS prevention.I hold a master's degree in development studies from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, where I gained knowledge and skills in social research, policy analysis, and program evaluation. I also have expertise in project management, teamwork, and IBM SPSS. In my current role, I coordinate with district authorities, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the interventions. Additionally, I lead and mentor a team of field staff and volunteers, and provide them with guidance and support. My goal is to contribute to the achievement of Plan_India's vision of a just world that advances children's rights and equality for girls.
