Responsibility: I am working in RPO(Recruitment Process Outsourcing) department of Annet Technology.Major responsibility is:1) Sourcing the resume after receiving the SRF (Sourcing Request Form) from client.2) After sourcing, update the sourced resume in the CPR (Candidate Pipeline Report)3) Doing Email campaign for the sourced candidate.4) Making the calling list and doing IP Test.5) Updating the resume in the client site.6) Forwarding the interested sourced candidate response to Client.7) Sourcing active candidate as well as Passive candidate.8) Using Boolean logic for sourcing.
