Taking care of PP & Fit samples approval and FI status (Final inspection) date. We also deal with Warehouse team & Vendor for smooth Inwarding process (ASN & GRC)Basically these are the glimpses of JD.I will take you through these JD in brief.PP samples & Fit Sample - After Art work and Size finalization by QC team and Designing team Vendor manufacture some sample of PP (Pre- Production Sample) to get the clarity whether they can proceed with this or not because they make thousands of quantity for that so it obvious for them and for us to check the quality design, texture, art work and sizes. After finding sample ok we give approval to proceed.Final Inspection Status - Asking each & every Vendor on call to give FI date as per that we decide inward date.PO Creation - Creating PO as per season & Order received from Vendor with pre-decided cost price & exact delivery date.Before PO making we deal with Final inspection date & PP & Fit Sample because after final approval only we proceed with the process.GRC & ASN - last but not the least after PO creation Vendors are suppose to apply for the ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) in exchange they'll be provided the ASN no. After that GRC will be done but need to make sure the date shouldn't be expired while Inwarding. Show less

As Merchandise Analyst our job is to maintain the KPI of several stores which helps management to provide clear picture about the degrowth and Growth of that particular store. Data follows in these aspects: Weekly, Monthly & yearly. B & B+ and so on.Preparing Power BI and Oracle sales data at PAN India level also keeping in knowledge about stock enquiry such as how much & which store needed as per sales trend and then we follow action plan accordingly.Discussion with team about new arrival and continued style or A,B, C & D style so based on the data we plan accordingly if any changes required we do execute before season. over all as a team we always concern about the theme of the all stores as per current trends so that our store team could be able to grab more of customers. As all it start & ends with Customer expectations & their experiences.Although we don't deal directly with the customers but from backend our job is to maintain or enhance the customer expectations by keep applying changes as per the preferences and trends.
