Responsibilities;• Understand challenges, identify opportunities and find innovative solutions to broaden markets.• Manage the sales promotional activities for all products and product lines in all market segments including automotive, industrial and military.• Coordinate internal and external activities related to the management of products and markets.• Develop marketing strategies, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with all departments with respect to product improvement needs, new products, pricing, promotion and new market pursuits.• Establish sales forecasts, evaluate competition, develop pricing strategy and evaluate market share, assess growth potential and develop market and product strategies to drive growth.• Manage organization projects which span interdepartmental disciplines.• Responsible for management of staff in sales and marketing.• Coordinate with human resources to staff, manage, coach and counsel the sales and marketing team.

• Responsibility for all Global Aftermarket services including, spare parts, service and overhaul sales.• Manage day-to-day operations relating to global spare parts and its processes • Primary activity is the development of new business, maintenance of existing customers, order processing, forecasting (short, medium and long term), strategy development. • Commercial management for all aftermarket product lines. • Manage and develop global Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) • On going coordination with Operations, Materials Management, Quality, Project Management, Service, and Engineering personnel to complete global functions / tasks.• Develop, negotiate, execute and manage all off-site consignment agreements / aftermarket sales and service agreements.• Maintenance and control of Global service partners service engineer training, development of in-house training programmes to ensure adherence to company product quality and customer satisfaction. • Responsibility for meeting budgeted targets for all Aftermarket Services.

To manage and direct the day to day activities of Customer Support staff and Field Service Engineers within Service and Overhaul Department as the prime interface for Napier Turbocharger operating customers. Identifying and capitalising opportunities to sell aftermarket and service products in conjunction with the OE and Spares sales teams. Ensuring that Service and Overhaul contracts and service products are delivered profitably and to the customer’s satisfaction. Direct the work of Customer support staff and Field Engineers against agreed targets for :-• Delivery of maintenance service and overhaul contracts and ad-hoc services to Turbocharger operating customers.• Targeted contract profit/cash generation.Execute infrastructure projects to implement process or other change within the department.Direct the identification of sales prospects from within the Customer Support Dep’t.Agree approach strategy and priority for each target prospect with Commercial Director and Senior Management Team.

Responsible for the day to day technical operations of a 150 acre Private Island with 10 home sites including a recreation facility, bars and restaurant. Private flight operations for Owner and visiting guests. Day to day hands on Facility maintenance comprising of power generation plant with 4 x 100kw generators , Reverse Osmosis plant, dock, marina with 150ft yacht, 50 ft sports fisher and various sports boats and jet skis, work shops and heavy equipment.Scope of work comprised of general maintenance of entire island facilities, home sites inventory assessments and administration.

Manage all operational aspects of the Private Destination Coco Cay, Little Stirrup Cay. To ensure Company, divisional and site performance objectives are met.An operation catering to 15,000 visiting guests per week.Responsible for the day to day business management of the site to include all human resources related issues, financial management, annual budget and forecasting, monitoring of facilities and PM programs. Responsible for all aspects related to Safety, Security and Environmental in addition to community and governmental relations. •Coordinated and liaised with construction contractor to develop, initiate and oversee the completion of a 3 year refurbishment of Coco Cay which included the re construction of all front of house facilities, beaches, marina, facilities, food and beverage outlets.•Back of house facilities including power generation, recycling and incineration operations, sewage treatment plant, reverse osmosis water systems and ice plant.•Island also required extensive rebuilds after 2 hurricanes in 2004.
