With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, I transitioned to the IT department at UniFirst Corporation, where I analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions. My core competencies include product development, recruiting, and troubleshooting, which I apply to various IT projects and initiatives.In my current role as an Information Technology Business Analyst, I collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, playing a key role in the successful launch of IT projects that improve company operations and productivity. I also support and train users on the new customer management system, identifying defects and providing workarounds when possible. I utilize SQL Developer to query databases and assist in creating necessary scripts.
