Working on fully integrated campaign work for clients such as Coca-Cola, Powerade, Wallabies (Australian Rugby Union), Blackmores, Nestlé (Soothers, Butter Menthol, Purina), Qantas and others.Responsibilities included media neutral conceptualisation, art direction, copywriting, design, and overseeing all aspects of production.

Developed, expanded and managed in-house creative department providing conceptual creative direction and brand management on campaigns and resources for marketing and communication.Worked with internal and external stakeholders, partners and suppliers- including Qantas, Bundaberg Rum, Canterbury and broadcast partners (FoxSports, Ch10, Ch9, Ch7 ) to maintain campaign and brand consistency.Wrote and maintained ARU style guide governing professional Rugby (Wallabies, Super Rugby, Sevens) and Community Rugby (clubs, schools, coaching and development).Core member of the working party on Australian Rugby Union’s four year strategic and commercial marketing plan, including brand positioning and development. Identifying key consumer opportunities for growing engagement with our core consumer base and recommending ways of building a greater engagement amongst peripheral consumer segments.

In collaboration with designers, developers and project managers established GSM- a multimedia production house primarily producing online, DVD and CD-ROM sports coaching resources for players, coaches and administrators. Worked as lead creative on all aspects of product concept, design and development, as well as maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.The products were officially licensed by the Football Federation of Australia. The titles were distributed nationally through State governing bodies and retailed Australia wide through Rebel Sport. A number of products were translated and sold internationally into China, Hong Kong, the US and New Zealand.
