My current position is as the SME on all recovery matters, IC of all Fleet management which includes booking servicing's, inspections and details. I am the Lifting Equipment Examiner (LEE) for the regiment which holds over 1000 items of LE. As the NCO I am also in command of a small team.

Managing a fleet from heavy wheeled vehicles and tracked vehicles, as well as being responsible for the licensing and documentation for a pool of over 50 drivers and vehicle commanders. I'm also responsible for the haulage of heavy tracked vehicles around the country to various outside repair agencies or British Army training areas.
